1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1.1 General Conditions:
30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unused and Intact: Tattoo stickers must be completely unused and in their original, sealed condition. The protective sheet must be intact and untampered with.
Original Packaging: Return the stickers in their original packaging (if applicable).
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-Made Tattoos: Tattoos designed or personalized to your specifications are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect (see Section 7).
Sale Items Marked “Final Sale”: Clearly marked final sale items cannot be returned.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 Initiating Returns:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] before returning any items. Include your order number and the reason for the return (including whether it is defective or non-defective).
We will provide you with instructions. Shipping is free for all returns (see Section 5).
2.2 Return Methods (Hong Kong):
Postal Return: Carefully package the items and mail them to the address provided by customer service.

3. REFUND OPTIONS
3.1 Original Payment Method:
Credit Card: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Debit Card: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Digital Wallets: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.
3.2 Alternative Refunds (Upon Request and Approval):
Store Credit: We may offer store credit.
Account Credit: Credit applied to your account.
Exchange: See Section 4.
4. EXCHANGE PROCESS
We accept exchanges.
4.1 Direct Exchange (Subject to Availability):
Design Variations: Exchange for a different design of equal or lesser value. If you choose a design of lesser value, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
Quantity Issues: If you received the wrong quantity, we will send the correct quantity.
Quality Issues: See Section 7.
4.2 Exchange Conditions:
Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on the availability of the desired design.
One Exchange Per Item: Generally, only one exchange is allowed per original item.
Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for exchanges (see Section 5).
5. RETURN SHIPPING
5.1 All Returns (Domestic & International):
Free Shipping: We offer free return shipping on all orders. We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s) without incurring any shipping charges.
For international return, tracking number is required
Customs Duties Non-Refundable (International Returns): Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for any returns.
6. ITEM CONDITION
6.1 Acceptable Condition:
Unused and Sealed: The tattoo sheet must be completely unused, with the protective film intact and untampered with.
Original Packaging: Return the stickers in their original packaging (if applicable).
6.2 Unacceptable Condition:
Used or Opened: Any tattoo sheet with a removed or tampered-with protective film will be considered used and ineligible for return or exchange.
Damaged: Tattoos damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
7. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
7.1 Quality Issues:
Manufacturing Defects: This includes issues like printing errors, incomplete designs, or adhesive problems.
Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong design or quantity.
7.2 Defect Claims:
Photo Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect before removing the protective film.
Detailed Description: Provide a detailed description of the issue.
Resolution Options: We will offer a replacement, a refund, or store credit.
8. PROCESSING TIME
8.1 Return Processing:
Inspection: 1-2 business days.
Refund Processing: 2-3 business days after inspection.
Email Confirmation: You will receive an email.
8.2 Exchange Processing:
Stock Check: 1 business day.
Processing: 1-2 business days.
Shipping: 2-3 business days (Hong Kong) / Varies for international orders.
Status Updates: You will receive updates.
9. EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CASES

11. HOLIDAY RETURNS
